Materials:
5, 9 inch sections of 12 gauge round wire
easy solder
flux
3. Solder snipit is placed on joint.
2. Joint is brushed with flux.
4. Heat until solder flows.
5. Quench in pickle and rinse with water.
6. Shape into a rough square using flat nose pliers.
7. Flatten corners with hammer.
8. Texture corners with sharp edge of forging hammer.
10. Tumble polish for half an hour.
9. Make four more.
